eLearning Solutions
eLearning Solutions is an excellent product, offering high-quality and expert training packages that are regularly updated by VWV. The training has been well received amongst our staff and we have been supported throughout the process by the VWV Plus team. The product is reasonably priced and it has made rolling out and monitoring staff training much more efficient. Automated reminders are a definite bonus and a great time-saver for any large organisation.
Stockport Grammar School have been using the VWV eLearning Solutions site for over six months now. We have found it to be extremely user friendly and provides excellent reporting on course completion as well as timely reminders to staff who need a little ‘nudge’, which has made my job a little easier. The ability to build the School’s own learning course has been particularly beneficial during the pandemic when it was not possible to deliver training to large group gatherings.
We’ve subscribed to VWV KCSIE eLearning for a few years now and find it reassuring to know that our staff are trained annually on the latest guidance. The platform also enables us to share our own Safeguarding policy alongside the course so everyone in the school is familiar with our own procedures.
The Pioneer Academy – a multi-academy trust – has been using VWV for some time now for our online training needs. Having over 680 staff and additional Governors and Trustees, TPA needed a system which would fit to the needs of our Trust. The previous platform of My OnStream met our needs, however, the new VWV Plus eLearning platform has exceeded expectations. The new system is extremely user friendly and the addition of a new ‘group admin’ functionality means that instead of one person controlling all training across the Trust, our schools are able to take the lead and control/monitor at school level. The additions of bulk emailing and certification downloading is also a great feature and with the ability to add our own individual modules and policies fits very well to our needs. Customer support has always been of the highest standard and we thank VWV for this.
The VWV Plus eLearning platform is an excellent resource which enables us to administer, record and monitor employee training on key issues including safeguarding, data protection and health & safety. The modules provided by VWV are high quality, concise and well-presented, and we also use the platform to upload additional eLearning courses from the school and from third parties. The platform represents excellent value for money and is easy to use with good support provided by the VWV team, and we would strongly recommend it to other schools.

Policy Tracker
Creating our own training courses and uploading our policies has been really helpful. There is continual improvement in the VWV eLearning topics available and of the courses in place. We get a lot of value from the platform.
So far so good with the new site, finding it very user friendly and quick to set up new starters and allocate policies etc. We also had very few user queries from staff so it has all been great!
We’re finding the platform very useful for sharing policies with staff, especially the ability to categorise policies as ‘Induction’ so we can easily allocate them to a new member of staff when they start.

Really interesting and so much information to know and learn. From someone who has never worked in a school I’m actually shocked at how big a topic safeguarding is. Definitely opened my eyes. But I’m really impressed with the training.
