Lou Gilbert is an Associate Director and Head of Legal at Consortium More than Marketing. She helps professional service firms produce insightful client communications across different platforms, developing their profile and supporting new business opportunities.
She has worked with professional service firms for over 20 years, managing a wide variety of projects across different business sectors. She helps clients follow a “walk in your client’s shoes” approach, focusing on establishing meaningful interactions and exceptional standards of client service. She’s worked in-house at Allen & Overy and at BDO LLP, whilst other clients range from large national firms to highly regarded niche law firms and consultancies.
Belinda Palmer is a Marketing and Account Manager at Consortium More than Marketing. She has over 20 years’ agency and corporate marketing experience and has worked in a variety of sectors including financial services and the law.
Experienced in online and offline marketing – Belinda loves engaging with clients to drive their strategy and vision forward, getting stuck into tactical marketing plans to deliver value for clients. Belinda is particularly passionate about websites and SEO.
