Why you should attend
We will guide you through the legal issues to carry out your academy trust’s company secretarial and wider governance professional functions with confidence in a practical session with our specialist lawyers.
Our lawyers will also appraise you of the latest DfE policy around governance and the DfE model documentation.
In advance of the first session, we will provide a 20 minute introductory pre-recorded webinar to set the scene on the basic principles of the structure of academy trusts and the terminology we will be using throughout the sessions.
